What's the difference between Pro and Resume Pack?+
Pro is a monthly or annual subscription that gives you unlimited job applications for as long as you are subscribed, ideal if you are actively job searching. Resume Packs are one-time credit bundles (3 or 10 credits) that never expire within 12 months, great if you only need a few job applications. Each credit covers one full application: tailored resume plus cover letter.
What is fair use on Pro?+
The typical job search involves 5 to 15 job applications. Pro is designed to cover that comfortably and then some. A fair use cap exists only to prevent automated abuse, and the vast majority of users will never approach it.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel from your settings page at any time. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no immediate cutoff.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade to Pro?+
Your existing credits stay in your account and remain valid. Pro tailoring takes priority and does not consume credits, so your credits will be there if you ever downgrade.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within a limited window. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my resume used to train AI?+
No. Your resume and job description data are never used to train AI models. They may be processed by AI providers to generate your results, and account content is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Does each credit cover both a resume and a cover letter?+
Yes. One credit equals one job application, which includes both a tailored resume and a cover letter for the same role. You can generate them together or one at a time without spending a second credit, as long as both belong to the same application.
What happens if a tailoring run fails?+
If the AI pipeline fails before producing a result, the credit is automatically restored to your account. You only spend a credit on a successful, first-time generation. Regenerations on an existing application do not cost a new credit, and second-artifact generation on an existing application is free.
Do unused credits expire?+
Resume Pack credits remain valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Pro plan usage resets monthly and does not carry over. There is no daily expiry on credits inside the twelve-month window, so you can use them at whatever pace your job search takes.
