What is Forte?+

How is Forte different from ChatGPT?+

General-purpose chat models will invent skills, metrics, and titles when you ask them to make a resume match a job description. Forte will not. The tailoring pipeline is wired to refuse any claim that is not supported by your source resume, and a separate evaluation pass scores the output for fabrication risk before returning it.

Is Forte free to try?+

Yes. Free accounts come with three credits — enough to fully tailor a resume, generate a cover letter, score the result, and export to PDF and DOCX. No credit card required to start.

How long does tailoring take?+

Most runs finish in twenty to forty seconds end to end. That includes parsing your resume, evaluating the original against the job description, generating the tailored version, re-scoring it, and rendering the preview.

Is my data secure?+

Your resume and job description are processed solely to generate your tailored result and are never used to train AI models. You can delete any application from your account at any time.

What file formats can I export?+

PDF and DOCX. PDF is the default and preserves formatting exactly. DOCX is available for situations where a recruiter or portal specifically asks for a Word document. Both are generated from the same structured resume data.
